2 What this website is
It describes an app called Relief that we are building, and it lets you leave your email address so we can tell you when it opens.
That is the whole service. There is no account, nothing to buy, and nothing to download here.
3 Nothing here is medical advice
This is the most important thing on the page, so it is written out in full rather than summarised.
Relief is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. All predictions, including your period, fertile window, ovulation, and pregnancy chance, are estimates based on the data you enter and they can be wrong. Relief must not be used as contraception or to prevent pregnancy. It cannot diagnose or treat any condition. Always speak to a doctor or midwife about your health, and seek medical care immediately if something worries you.
Anything on this website describing what the app does is a description of a product, not guidance about your body. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor or a midwife.
4 The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. It is not a pre-order, a reservation, or a purchase.
We will write to you once, when Relief opens. What we do with your address is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing privacy@getreliefapp.com.
Please use your own email address rather than someone else's.
5 We cannot promise a launch date
Relief is still being built. We have not given a release date on this website and we will not invent one.
We might change what the app does, delay it, or decide not to release it at all. If that happened we would tell the people on the waitlist and delete the list.
6 Using the site sensibly
Please do not try to break the site, submit addresses in bulk, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything. We may block access if you do.
7 The site is provided as it is
We keep this website running and accurate as best we can, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of mistakes.
We are responsible for harm we cause by breaking our own obligations, but not for things outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
8 Your rights as a consumer
If you live in the European Union, the consumer protection law of your own country applies to you and nothing on this page takes that away. You can bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
9 Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of the page.
