Terms of Use

The agreement between you and us for using Relief. Section 3, about your health, is the most important part.

1Who provides Relief

These terms are an agreement between you and Notrel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"), about your use of the Relief app and our website. By creating an account you accept them. Please read section 3 carefully: it is about your health.

2Who can use Relief

• You must be 13 or older. If you are under 16, you need your parent's or guardian's agreement, which you confirm when you create your account.
• Your account is personal. Do not share it, and do not create an account for someone else.
• Give accurate information, especially your date of birth.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3Your health comes first

• All predictions, including your period, fertile window, ovulation and pregnancy chance, are estimates based on the data you enter and on general knowledge about cycles. Cycles vary, and estimates can be wrong.
• Relief is not a method of contraception. Do not use its fertile window or pregnancy chance estimates to prevent pregnancy. Relief is also not a guaranteed way to get pregnant.
• Pregnancy mode, including the kick counter and contraction timer, gives general information. It does not replace care from your doctor or midwife. Always follow what they tell you.
• Always speak to a doctor or other qualified health professional before making decisions about your health, and if something about your body worries you.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number straight away.

4What Relief is, and what it costs

Relief helps you track your cycle and, if you want, share a view of it with a partner. We keep improving it, so features may change, be added or be removed.

Relief is free. If we introduce paid features later, we will show you the price and the terms before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Purchases made in the app will go through Apple or Google under their terms.

We work hard to keep Relief running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

5Partner mode

• Only link with someone you trust and who agrees to it.
• Never use Relief to monitor, pressure or control anyone. Do not ask someone to link, or keep a link, against their will.
• If you are the partner: what you see about her is private. Do not share it, post it, or use it against her. Your access ends the moment she unlinks, and she does not need your agreement.
• Either of you can unlink at any time in Profile.
• What a partner sees is set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

6Your data

What you log is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Relief for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can download it or delete it at any time.

7Using Relief fairly

You must not:

• break the law, or use Relief to harm anyone,
• access another person's account or data without permission,
• try to break, overload or get around Relief's security,
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell Relief, except where the law allows it,
• pretend to be someone else.

8Our rights in Relief

The Relief name, logo, design and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for yourself, under these terms.

9Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile, and your data is deleted as our Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to download your data.

10What we are responsible for

We provide Relief "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including about the accuracy of predictions.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for decisions you make based on Relief's estimates. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months and 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. The European Commission's list of national consumer dispute bodies is at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@getreliefapp.com. Most things can be put right quickly.

12Apple and Google

If you got Relief from the Apple App Store:

• These terms are between you and Notrel LLC, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Relief and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Relief.
• If Relief fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for Relief.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with any claims about Relief, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and claims that Relief infringes someone's intellectual property.
• You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.

If you got Relief from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to your download.

13Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the version and date at the top, and tell you in the app before important changes take effect. Version 2.0 replaces version 1.1 of 23 September 2026, which covered only the website.
