Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

For people in US states with consumer health data laws, such as Washington and Nevada.

In effect from 26 September 2026.

1Who this is for

Some US states, including Washington and Nevada, have laws about "consumer health data". This page explains what Relief does with that data, as those laws require. It works together with our Privacy Policy, which has the full detail.

Relief is made by Notrel LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 8N-298, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. Contact: privacy@getreliefapp.com.

2The health data we collect, and why

3Where it comes from

From you, when you use the app. If you link with a partner, some of what the app shows about you is worked out from your own data. We do not buy health data or collect it from anyone else, and we do not use location data.

4Who we share it with

A partner you choose. If you link with a partner, they see the information listed in section 6 of our Privacy Policy, only after you both agree, and you can stop it at any time by unlinking.

Service providers who process it for us under contract to run Relief: data hosting and login (Supabase), server hosting in the EU, network security (Cloudflare) and error reporting (Sentry). They may not use it for anything else.

Authorities, only when a valid, legally binding order requires it.

We have no affiliates that receive your data. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing.

5Your consent

We collect your health data only with your consent, which you give when you create your account. We share it with a partner only with a separate consent, which you give when you link. You can withdraw either at any time: unlink your partner in Profile, or delete your account.

6Your rights
