01Why the hard days feel random

It’s not you. It’s day 26.

Most apps give you a calendar and leave you to work out the rest. Relief learns your pattern and tells you what’s coming, so the hard days stop taking you, or him, by surprise.

Progesterone and estrogen are both dropping. Many women feel flatter, more tired and quicker to snap.

03For him

He gets it. Without you explaining.

Most apps give a partner a calendar. Relief gives him his own app, with his own reason to open it.

  • He knows what’s coming, before the harder days, not after.
  • He knows what helps, what each phase usually feels like for you, and how to go easy.
  • You stay in control. He never sees your notes or intimate details, and you can unlink any time.
